[May 30, 2009]  HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) -- Corey Pavin and Justin Rose are among the latest players to commit to this year's Travelers Championship tournament in Connecticut.

Tournament officials also announced Friday that they received commitments from Paul Goydos, Bubba Watson and Rod Pampling.

They'll join a field that includes No. 4 Sergio Garcia, No. 6 Kenny Perry and No. 9 Vijay Singh. Other notables include Anthony Kim, Stuart Appleby and defending Travelers champion Stewart Cink.

The tournament is set for June 25-28 at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell.

Pavin, the 2010 Ryder Cup captain and 1995 U.S. Open champion, will make his 17th appearance at the Travelers Championship, formerly the Greater Hartford Open.

Rose has three top 25 finishes this year.
