Atteberry said he was driving east on Keokuk Street and didn’t
see that he had a red light before driving into the intersection and
striking Aue’s vehicle.
Aue said that he was driving south on Kickapoo with a green light
when he saw that Atteberry’s vehicle was not going to stop for a red
light. Aue said that he sped up to try to avoid Atteberry but was
struck in the intersection.
