Flood warning extended until Tuesday afternoon

[November 03, 2009]  A flood warning for Logan County is in effect until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

At 12:10 p.m. Monday, local law enforcement officials reported flooding across Salt Creek in Logan County and along Kickapoo Creek on the west side of Lincoln near 1400 and 700 avenues and 1550 Avenue in the Rocky Ford branch area. Water levels were dropping along Kickapoo Creek but still rising along parts of Salt Creek, such as around Lincoln Lakes.
