The Lincoln FFA chapter hosted
the Food Science and Technology Career Development Event, which
included sanitation problems, sensory evaluations (aromas), customer
complaint letters and triangle tests.
Morgan Kincheloe was first-place winner and Allison Mayernick was
second overall winner. Other LCHS team members were David Fulton,
Daniel Fulton, John Davis, Stephen Combs and Kyle Klockenga.
