Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[November 14, 2009]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

WInsuranceheat for December delivery jumped 7.25 cents to $5.39 a bushel, while December corn was unchanged at $3.905 a bushel and oats for December delivery lost 6.5 cents to $2.625 a bushel. January soybeans fell 3 cents to $9.87 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef and pork futures traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle edged up 0.47 cent to 83.32 cents a pound; January feeder cattle inched 0.07 cent higher to 92.57 cents a pound; December lean hogs gained 0.55 cent to 55 cents a pound; and February pork bellies advanced 2 cents to 87.05 cents a pound.
