Clearwater Christian, which had not lost a game in their first five matches, prevailed 25-12, 25-22, 24-26, 23-25 and 17-15.

LCU advanced to the championship game by defeating Grace University (Neb.) 25-22, 25-17, 25-21. Clearwater advanced by defeating Manhattan Christian College in the other semifinal match.
