Logan County Toys for Tots kicks off Wednesday

[October 10, 2009]  The Logan County Toys for Tots organization has begun its annual toy drive and distribution. A meeting of the participating organizations is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Lincoln Rural Fire Department facility on Postville Road. Businesses and organizations interested in helping with the 2009 campaign are welcome to send a representative.

Distribution of toys will take place on Dec. 18 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Due to space constraints, the location of the 2009 distribution will be at the fire department facility on Postville Road.

To sign children up to receive toys, please call Community Action at 217-732-2159.
