Attorney seeks bail reduction for Earnest; Sara Duncan in court Tuesday afternoon

[October 20, 2009]  Lincoln attorney Jim Grimaldi has advised LDN that he will seek a bail reduction on behalf of his client Jennifer C. Earnest in relation to the Gee family murders.

Grimaldi has been appointed by the court as public defender. Earnest was charged with one count of obstructing justice, a Class A felony. Her bail had been set at $50,000 on Oct. 8 by Judge Thomas M. Harris. The bail reduction hearing is set for Thursday at 9 a.m. in Circuit Court.

Logan County State's Attorney Michael McIntosh has advised that Sara Duncan is scheduled to appear before Judge Thomas Harris in Room 33 of the Logan County Courthouse this afternoon at 3:30.
