City council 'Road Show' Ward 5

Tuesday evening the city council continued their "road show," meeting as a committee of the whole at Adams Elementary School. The school is located in the city's 5th Ward, which is represented by Alderwoman Marty Neitzel and Alderman Jeff Hoinacki.

Before the meeting, Neitzel visits with Tracy Jackson, street and alley superintendent; Bob Tackett, waste treatment manager; and Les Plotner, city treasurer.

At the beginning of the meeting, Neitzel spoke about Ward 5 and its tremendous assets to the city of Lincoln in industry, commerce, tourism and community.

Hoinacki thanked District 27 for offering their school building for the meeting.
