[September 10, 2009]  West Lincoln-Broadwell defeated Springfield Christian by the score of 6-0 on Wednesday afternoon. 

Brock Byrge and Joey Olden combined to pitch the four-hit shutout.

Levi Curry led the Wolverine hitters with a double, two singles, three RBIs and two runs scored. Payton Ebelherr had two hits, including a double, and two runs scored. Olden had two hits, including a double. Daniel Hemenway had a hit and two RBIs.

In a shortened second game, Preston Ebelherr had two hits and a run scored. Brycen Hicks had a hit and two runs scored. Levi Greiner and Adam Conrady each had a hit and an RBI. Hicks pitched two innings, allowing just one run, while striking out two batters.
