Mount Pulaski Fall Festival Parade

Planes and trains were well represented in this float. Mount Pulaski saw the first airplane ever to fly over Illinois, when it landed in a nearby field in 1910.

What should we call this? A scooter or trike or maybe a truck? Regardless, the driver is "hauling the mail!"

 

My favorite tractor, my favorite girl, I'm in the parade... Life doesn't get much better than this!

One of a kind, this young man shows off his sombrero.

 



 

 

With the parade over, this young lady may be contemplating what fun activity to go to next.
