LCU soccer teams defeated by Blackburn

[September 16, 2009]  CARLINVILLE -- Blackburn College defeated Lincoln Christian University's men's soccer team 15-0 Tuesday afternoon at Carlinville. Although the Red Lions were only able to have two shots on the Blackburn goal, goalie Matt Nanney came up with 17 saves for LCU. 

RestaurantThe Red Lions are now 1-4 and will play at St. Louis Christian College on Thursday.

LCU's women's soccer team dropped a well-played game 0-3 to Blackburn. Goalie Emily Rose had 13 saves.

The Red Lions are now 0-3 for the season and will play again Oct. 1, when they host Blackburn College.
