Lincoln Police Department reports for Wednesday, Sept. 16

• Bell, Winston J.E., 17-year-old male, Mason City; arrested Sept. 15 at 305 Park Place; Class 4 -- leaving the scene of an accident involving injuries, Class A -- resisting a peace officer

• Chagala, Ricardo A., 36-year-old male, Springfield; arrested Sept. 15 in the Crossroads Motel lot; Class A -- no valid driver's license

Logan County Sheriff's Department reports for Wednesday, Sept. 16

• Helton, Byron E., 28-year-old male, Mount Pulaski; arrested Sept. 15 at his residence; Class A -- criminal damage to property under $300

• Petersen, Cody L., 21-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 15 at his residence; Logan County warrant -- failure to appear; $3,000, 10 percent

Thursday reports

Lincoln Police Department reports for Thursday, Sept. 17

Vehicle damage on Sept. 4 at 7:45 a.m.; Illinois 10-121 at North Logan Street

--Kathryn L. Vincent, 23-year-old female, Lincoln; 2002 Ford ZTS

Vincent was northbound on Keokuk Street at Logan Street in the left-hand turn lane. A tractor-trailer that was northbound in the inside lane hit Vincent's passenger-side power mirror, breaking it. Vincent was unable to get any information about the tractor-trailer that hit her.

Hit-and-run on Sept. 6 at 8 a.m.; North Kankakee Street, 70 feet south of Feldman Drive

--Tiffany A. Short, 26-year-old female, Lincoln; 2008 Hyundai Sonata

Short said that she came outside in the morning and found that the vehicle had been hit by another vehicle, causing damage to the front driver's-side quarter panel. Short said the vehicle was parked on the side of the road facing north on North Kankakee Street. She said she has no idea when it happened and she did not hear anything during the night.

Logan County Sheriff's Department reports for Thursday, Sept. 17

• Blankenship, Brandon J., 22-year-old male, New Holland; arrested Sept. 16 on Stringer Avenue at Route 66; failure to appear, Class A -- illegal possession/consumption of liquor by a minor, failure to appear, Class A -- knowingly damaging property under $300, Logan County warrant; $2,000, 10 percent

• Miner, Amanda K., 24-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 16 at 911 Pekin St.; Logan County warrant, failure to appear, Class A -- driving while license suspended; $3,000, 10 percent
