• Derrick, Thomas L., 21-year-old male, Waukegan; arrested Sept. 25 at 300 Keokuk St.; Class A -- retail theft, Class A -- resisting a peace officer

• Selph, Christopher W., 28-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 27 at his residence; Class A -- battery, Class A -- breach of peace

• Steen, Bruce L., 40-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Sept. 25; Class A -- domestic battery; no-contact order applies

Atlanta Police Department reports for Monday, Sept. 28
