[September 28, 2009]  DECATUR -- The Red Lions of Lincoln Christian University saw their 10-game winning streak end Saturday as they lost a five-game match to Millikin University 25-19, 25-15, 24-26, 15-25, 9-15. LCU then started another winning streak by defeating Robert Morris College and Anderson University. The Red Lions put away Robert Morris in three straight 26-24, 25-20, 25-23, and prevailed against Anderson 25-21, 26-24, 20-25, 25-20.

The leaders for the Red Lions during the tournament were Jamie McFadden with 71 kills; Krystine Schnautz, 63 kills; Nicki Wingfield, 33 kills; Adriane Tschantz, 31 kills; Megan Callahan, 149 assists; and Jessica Crowl, 37 digs.

The Red Lions will next play at Grace University on Friday and Saturday.
