Elkhart-Mount Pulaski road closure information

Send a link to a friend

[September 26, 2009]  Beginning on Tuesday, 4.5 miles of County Highway 10 will be closed to traffic between Primm Road and 800th Avenue for a construction project. Local residents will still have access to their homes, but other traffic, including oversize farm traffic, will need to use alternative routes.

HardwareConstruction should be completed by the end of October.

This is the next phase of the concrete overlay project between Elkhart and Mount Pulaski. Four miles of concrete overlay has been completed between Illinois Route 121 and Primm Road.

The highway department always appreciates the cooperation and patience of the public during the construction season as the department continues to improve the safety of our roads and bridges.
