[September 28, 2009]  On Oct. 5, Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois, an affiliate of Memorial Health System, will relocate its mental health clinic in Lincoln. Currently located at 304 Eighth St., the clinic will move to the campus of MHCCI's Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center at 760 S. Postville. The telephone number will remain 217-735-2272.

On Oct. 13 at 10 a.m., the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon-cutting at 760 S. Postville Drive for the new location of the mental health clinic. The public is welcome to attend.

"We are committed to providing outpatient mental health services to individuals in Logan and Mason counties," said Janice Gambach, president of Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois. "We hope that the move will open up new possibilities of collaboration between mental health and developmental disability services and the community. All mental health services will continue to be provided to children and adults with minimal disruption during this transition."

"The consolidation of MHCCI's services to one location in Lincoln will have a positive impact on the continuity of care between rehabilitation and mental health services," said Gene Frioli, administrator of the Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center.

Anyone with questions about the relocation can contact Janice Gambach at 217-525-1064 or Frioli at 217-735-1413.
