Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, April 12

  • Arnold, David L., 58-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 10 at Heritage Plaza on Woodlawn on a Logan County warrant of failure to appear, plus one new charge, Class A driving with a license suspended. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Bell, Winston, J.E., 18-year-old male, Mason City; arrested April 10 in Latham Park on Class A charge of domestic battery.

  • Bland, Mary M., 20-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested April 11 at Woodlawn and College on Class A charge of driving with a license suspended.

  • Carter, Jeffrey A., 39-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested at his residence in Lincoln on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $250 cash.

  • Jones, Brandi N., 21-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested April 10 at her residence on two warrants: one from Logan County for failure to appear on charge of driving under the influence, and a second from Tazewell County for failure to appear on charge of driving under the influence. Bonds were set at $300 and $200 cash.

  • Jones, Chassidy S., 18-year-old female, Atlanta; arrested April 9 on Woodlawn at North Elm on Class B charge of possession of cannabis.

  • Lyon, Kimberly T., 23-year-old female, Beason; arrested April 11 at Sangamon and Pekin streets on Class A charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

  • McCain, Walter J., 23-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 8 in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Road on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of driving under the influence.

  • Simpson, Freddie G., 56-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested at his residence in Lincoln on Class A charge of domestic battery and Class A charge of violating an order of protection.

  • Spiwak, Jessica L., 18-year-old female, Skokie; arrested April 10 in the 300 block of Keokuk in Lincoln on Class A charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Mount Pulaski Police Department report for Monday, April 12

  • Scassiferr, Mark J., 39-year-old male, Chestnut; arrested April 9 at Vine and Chestnut in Mount Pulaski on two warrants: one from Pike County for failure to appear and a second from Morgan County on failure to appear. Bonds were set at $3,100 and $3,050, 10 percent.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department reports for Monday, April 12

  • Gaydosh, Daniel L., 34-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested at 1250th Ave and 650th Street on a Logan County warrant pertaining to charge of harassing communications.

  • McMullen, Jeremiah A., 23-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 9 on the southbound side of Interstate 155 at mile marker 4 on Class A charge of driving with a license suspended.

  • Nichols, Carson W., 23-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 10 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.

  • Otter, Robert T., 67-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested April 11 in the 100 block on Pine Street in Broadwell on multiple charges: Class A criminal trespass to a vehicle, Class A no valid driver’s license, Class 1 residential burglary, Class 3 theft over $300 and a second Class A charge of criminal trespass to a vehicle.

  • Warner, Carson W., 23-year-old male, Mason City; arrested April 11 in New Holland on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear, plus an additional Class A charge of driving with a license suspended.
