Agriculture futures, livestock prices mixed

[April 20, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed early Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for July delivery slid 2 cents to $4.785 a bushel; July corn slipped 1.75 cents to $3.5775 a bushel; July soybeans gained 3.5 cents to $9.72 a bushel; and July oats fell 2.25 cents to $2.1925 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef futures fell as pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle dropped 0.40 cent to 93.65 cents a pound; May feeder cattle lost 0.60 cent to $1.1445 a pound; June lean hogs added 0.78 cent to 84.75 cents a pound; and May pork bellies rose 0.85 cent to 94.50 cents a pound.
