Catcher Yadier Molina's signature pickoff move backfired in the first, helping the Astros take their second lead of the season. Bourn singled to start the game and took second when Molina's threw well wide of first base and Pujols' outstretched glove on the first pitch to Matsui. Bourn advanced on Matsui's groundout before scoring on a sacrifice fly by Pedro Feliz.
Molina won his second straight Gold Glove last year, committing only five errors, and led the majors with eight pickoffs.
The Cardinals jumped on Myers with a walk and two hits to start the bottom of the first, and Pujols' single tied it. The go-ahead run scored when shortstop Tommy Manzella misplayed Colby Rasmus' two-out grounder.
NOTES: Ryan Ludwick was 6 for 9 against Myers after singling in the first, then grounded out and flied out the next two trips.
