Rutter, who has a degree in Christian ministries from Lincoln
Christian University, recently completed a six-month Administrator
in Training program at the Christian Village. Prior to that,
Rutter served as teaching pastor and executive director at Eastview
Christian Church in Normal. He began his career in a management
capacity with State Farm Insurance in Bloomington.
In commenting on his new role, Rutter noted, "I most appreciate
the opportunity to be a part of an organization dedicated to
ministering to those who might otherwise be isolated and forgotten
by our culture."
"I truly feel I’m able to make a substantial difference in the
lives of our residents," he said. "Being a part of the Christian
Village community has been the most rewarding experience of ministry
I’ve ever had."

social services director, community liaison, director of admissions
and most recently, residential services director.
