The YMCA will host its fourth annual Cow Chip Bingo
fundraiser on Saturday, May 15, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the Y
Activity Center on Wyatt Avenue. Cow Bingo tickets are available for
only $15 a ticket for a chance to win $750. Bring your family to
this FREE event where there will be a three-in-one inflatable
bouncer, games and contests, face painting, free hot dogs and
drinks, and so much more. There will also be "Kiss the Pig!" contest
and raffle, so be sure to bring extra money. Topping off the event
will be the COW with all the gastrointestinal fun!
Hurry in and register for the 2010 YMCA Summer Camp
program as it is filling up quickly! Registrations for Summer Kid
Camp, for kindergarten through third grade, and Summer Preteen Camp,
for fourth to sixth grade, are being accepted at a special discount
rate through May 5. Both camps will be at the Y Activity Center from
6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants in both camps will enjoy daily
activities including games, arts and crafts, character development
lessons, swimming, field trips, and so much more. Registrations
received after May 5 will be at an increased rate.
The YMCA is taking registrations for Summer Art Camp 1,
"Around the World in 4 Days." Participants will take a trip around
the world and discover and make art from many countries, including
masks from Africa, painting from France and so much more. This
program is for kids in first through sixth grade and is scheduled
for 9-11 a.m. June 21-24 at the Y Activity Center. Registration
deadline is June 4.

Swim lesson registrations are being accepted at the YMCA
office. Lessons will be at the Lincoln Elks Club for kids 6 months
to 12 years with various skill levels. Session A will be June 21 to
July 1. Hurry in to ensure you have a spot as this program fills up
quickly.
The Lincoln Area YMCA has gift certificates available for
purchase. The Y can meet your needs for a gift of any amount or YMCA
