  • Lancaster, Tyler T., 27-year-old male, Waynesville, arrested April 25 at Centennial Courts on Class C charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Shull, Richard A., 57-year-old male, Lincoln, arrested April 23 on a Class 3 charge of burglary and a Class 1 charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department reports for Monday, April 26

  • Austin, Robert N., 33-year-old male, San Jose, arrested April 24 at the Mason County Jail in Havana on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent

  • Buggs, Courtney N., 23-year-old female, Lincoln, arrested April 24 in the 100 block of North Clinton in Middletown on Class A charge of battery.

  • Cronin, Angela M., 25-year-old female, Lincoln, arrested April 24 in the 100 block of North Clinton in Middletown on Class A charge of battery.

  • Hurt, Amanda L., 25-year-old female, South Pekin, arrested April 24 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence with an alcohol level over 0.08. Bond set at $3,000, 10 percent. Vehicle towed.
