County Jail in Havana on a Logan County warrant for failure to
appear on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was
set at $5,000, 10 percent

block of North Clinton in Middletown on Class A charge of
battery.

South Pekin, arrested April 24 on two Class A misdemeanor
charges of driving under the influence with an alcohol level
over 0.08. Bond set at $3,000, 10 percent. Vehicle towed.
