Lincoln fire and rescue calls

Monday, April 26

  • 10:27 p.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 400 block of North Madison.

  • 10:54 p.m. -- Fire call to the 2200 block of North Kickapoo. Report listed the call as a system malfunction.

  • Lincoln Fire Department also was on standby, prepared to offer mutual aid to the Atlanta and Lincoln Rural fire departments, when those departments were called to assist in a structure fire in the rural Hartsburg area.

Tuesday, April 27

  • 12:01 a.m. -- Called to the 800 block of North Sherman. Report listed the call as electrical wiring/equipment problem.

  • 1:36 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 900 block of 21st Street.

  • 2:50 a.m. -- Fire call to three separate addresses in the 200 block of Willard Avenue. No further information is available at this time.
