Scully Building remodel enters last stages

The restoration of the Scully Building is moving right along. Most rooms are finished and waiting for carpeting to arrive. The two-year project will end with a modern yet classical building that will be ready for another century of use in our downtown.

The building has earth tones throughout.

 

The old and the new work together for a unique look.



 

 

The basement is remarkably good considering it took the brunt of the fire damage from debris.

A new elevator has been installed and is running.

 

New windows and trim are almost done.

The doors wait to be hung.

 

 

 

The back of the building has a very different look.

The new parking lot has been poured and is ready for traffic.
