Calf Scramble
![Click on photos below to enlarge.]

Members of 4-H between the ages of 12 and 17 fought to take home a new addition to their livestock. Participants competed in the annual Calf Scramble for a chance to catch and keep live calves. Winners of the eight calves will be required to exhibit their cows during next year's fair.

Here they come!

It's every man for himself.

Catching them is the easy part; roping them is what's tricky.

It's herd against herd.

We're not dealing with chickens anymore!

Close call.

Now reel him in!

Forget football; Calf Scrambles are where the action is.
