Something "fishy" going on at City Hall? Yes, but it's all in good fun.
Lincoln Mayor Keith Snyder, at Monday night's city council meeting, shows off the Wally hat that will be a part of the kids' prize package to be given away at this year’s Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival. The gifts for the youngsters were donated to the city by Wally's pilot, Steve Woller. Wally will be the city-sponsored balloon at this year's festival.
