| Saturday morning the annual
art and balloon fest kicked off the "art in the park" with a
ribbon-cutting at 9:30. Soon after that, Latham Park was filled with
would-be shoppers admiring tent after tent of magnificent artwork.
This year the art portion of the festival celebrated 37 successful years, while the balloon portion has been an ever-growing
success for the last 22 years.
