Grains futures, livestock prices trade mixed

[December 01, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

InsuranceWheat for March delivery edged up 0.25 cent to $6.9075 a bushel; March corn dropped 9.25 cents to $5.44 a bushel; March oats rose 0.5 cent to $3.50 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery gained 8 cents to $12.43 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.60 cent to $1.0637 a pound; January feeder cattle gained 0.77 cent to $1.1917 a pound; February lean hogs dropped 0.45 cent to 75.77 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were flat at $1.0450 a pound.
