Accident occurred on Lincoln Parkway at the Illinois Route 121 spur.

Long, Richard A., 37, Lincoln; 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe

Thaller, Patricia A., 51, Easton; 1994 Ford Ranger
Thaller was driving southbound in the outside lane of Lincoln Parkway. Long was eastbound on Illinois Route 121 at the spur. Long said he stopped at the sign, did not see Thaller and proceeded to cross all lanes of traffic on the parkway. Thaller said she saw Long and did try to stop but was unable to; therefore, she hit him.
Long was ticketed for failure to yield in order to avoid the accident.

Butler, William E., 50, of the 100 block of North Elliott, was arrested Dec. 3 on Pekin Street at Elliott on charge of having no valid driver's license.

Langley, David R., 26, of the 100 block of Wichita, was arrested Dec. 5 at his residence on charge of driving with a license revoked.

McMullen, Jeremiah A., 24, of the 1100 block of North State Street, was arrested Dec. 4 on Woodlawn Road at Malerich Drive on charge of driving with a license suspended.

Montgomery, Jermayne, 37, of the 1300 block of McLean Street, was arrested Dec. 3 on North Kickapoo at Lincoln Avenue on charge of driving with a license suspended.

Nguyen, Dien P., 36, of the 900 block of 21st Street, was arrested Dec. 4 at his residence on charge of aggravated domestic battery.

Pusey, James W., 24, of Lincoln, was arrested Dec. 4 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield on charges of domestic battery, aggravated assault, cruel treatment of an animal, criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property over $300.

Steen, John W., 37, of the 1200 block of North Logan Street, was arrested Dec. 4 at his residence on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property less than $300.

L., 55, of the 700 block of North Foster Street, Atlanta, was
arrested Dec. 4 on Illinois Route 136 at 1750th Avenue on
charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs,
possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cannabis
2.5-10 grams.

46, of Clinton, was arrested Dec. 3 at the Morningside Trailer
Park on a Macon County warrant and a DeWitt County warrant.

Keith, Amanda L.,
32, of the 300 block of South Clinton Street in Middletown, was
arrested Dec. 3 at her residence on a Logan County warrant for
failure to appear on charge of driving with a license suspended
or revoked.

Mason, Andrew R.,
23, of the 2500 block of 14th Street, was arrested Dec. 5 on 600
Avenue at 2100 Street on charges of driving under the influence
of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of
cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

Murphy, Miranda G., 26, of Harrisburg,
was arrested on Dec. 3 at the Saline County Jail on a Logan
County warrant for failure to appear on charge of deceptive
practices.
