Grains futures, livestock prices trade mixed

[December 16, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery added 1.5 cent to $7.6475 a bushel; March corn dropped 3 cents to $5.845 a bushel; March oats fell 1.5 cent to $3.835 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery edged up 0.5 cent to $12.965 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle dropped 0.62 cent to $1.0390 a pound; March feeder cattle slid 0.42 cent to $1.1840 a pound; February lean hogs fell 0.92 cent to 75.20 cents a pound; while February pork bellies added 0.75 cent to $1.06 a pound.
