Accident occurred on Kickapoo at Broadway Street.

Turner said she was northbound on Kickapoo at the traffic light on Broadway. The light turned green and she was proceeding through the intersection when Douglas, driving from the north, entered the intersection and proceeded to turn left, hitting her vehicle in the process.
Douglas said the accident was his fault. He was ticketed for failure to yield during a left-hand turn.

- Renfro, Jeffrey J., 37, of Middletown, was arrested Dec. 15 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal trespass.
