Grains futures, livestock prices trade mixed

[December 17, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for March delivery slid 15 cents to $7.4975 a bushel; March corn added 3.25 cents to $5.875 a bushel; March oats rose 2 cents to $3.855 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery fell 7.5 cents to $12.89 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle dropped 0.38 cent to $1.0352 a pound; March feeder cattle added 0.60 cent to $1.19 a pound; February lean hogs fell 0.63 cent to 74.57 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were flat at $1.06 a pound.
