Grains futures, livestock prices mixed

[December 22, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery dropped 4.5 cents to $7.65 a bushel; March corn gained 2.75 cents to $6.0225 a bushel; March oats rose 3.75 cents to $3.9425 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery climbed 11 cents to $13.2625 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.58 cent to $1.0580 a pound; March feeder cattle gained 0.80 cent to $1.2297 a pound; February lean hogs fell 0.10 cent to 75.97 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were flat at $1.06 a pound.
