Grain futures traded mixed; livestock prices up

[December 28, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for March delivery fell 2.75 cents to $7.8025 a bushel; March corn gained 1.25 cent to $6.1525 a bushel; March oats dropped 4 cents to $3.8950 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery climbed 23.50 cents to $13.73 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were up or flat on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.38 cent to $1.0795 a pound; March feeder cattle was unchanged at $1.2367 a pound; February lean hogs gained 0.13 cent to 78.85 cents a pound; while February pork bellies added 0.25 cent at $1.0625 a pound.
