Accident occurred on Woodlawn Road at Taylor Court.

Barker, Vikki, 49, East Peoria; 2000 Chevrolet Venture

Steffens, Bonnie J., 60, Lincoln; 1999 Honda Accord
Steffens and Barker were both eastbound, approaching Taylor Court. At the stop, the light turned right, an unidentified vehicle stopped at the light, Steffens also stopped behind that vehicle, but Barker, who was third in the line, was unable to stop before rear-ending the Steffens vehicle.
Barker was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Lincoln Police Department
- Guise, Michelle R., 33, of Lincoln, arrested Dec. 28 on Woodlawn Road at Taylor Court on charge of driving with a license suspended.
Logan County Sheriff's Department
- Burns, Melissa K., 21, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., arrested Dec. 28 in the Butler County Jail in Poplar Bluff on a Logan County warrant.
