Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, Feb. 1
Collision at the pumps

Jeff H. Singleton,
72-year-old male, Lincoln; 2004 Chevrolet Venture

Jason D. Anderson, 36-year-old-male,
Lincoln; 2000 Ford F150
Accident occurred on Jan. 30 at the Thorntons gas station at the
corner of North Logan and Keokuk.
Anderson reported he was sitting northbound in the lot of
Thorntons on the Logan Street side, waiting for a vehicle to leave
the left-hand side of the island.
Singleton was parked facing north on the right-hand side of the
island and started backing southbound out of the space. Singleton
said he did not see Anderson behind him and hit the Anderson vehicle
in the side.

22-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Jan. 30 at Hardee's on
Woodlawn on Class A charge of criminal damage to property less
than $300.

Carter, Leterrase
K., 20-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Jan. 30 at his residence
on Class A charge of domestic battery; ordered to have no
contact with Christina Buckles.

Hinkle, Jonathan
W., 25-year-old male, New Holland; arrested Jan. 29 at the Logan
County Courthouse on Menard County warrant for failure to appear
on drug-related charges; $5,000, 10 percent.

Sutton, Tammy S., 38-year-old female,
Lincoln; arrested Jan. 30 at her residence on Class C charge of
disorderly conduct

Monday, Feb. 1

Brannon, Jullien
M., 24-year-old male, Decatur; arrested Jan. 29 on Illinois 121
near the Maple Club on Class A charge of driving with a
suspended license; vehicle towed from the scene.

Crowell, Josh D.,
26-year-old male, Bloomington; arrested Jan. 31 (no location
listed) on three charges: Class A -- criminal trespass, Class A
-- battery; Class C -- assault.

Rich, Nathan P.,
21-year-old male, Decatur; arrested Jan. 31 in Clinton on Logan
County warrant for failure to appear; additional charges related
to the arrest: Class A -- resisting a peace officer, Class A --
consumption; bonds set at $3,000, 10 percent, and $1,500, 10
percent.

White, Connie J., 45-year-old female,
Mason City; arrested Jan. 30 in Logan County on Class A charge
of driving with a revoked license; bond $1,000, 10 percent.
Illinois State Police report for Monday, Feb. 1
- Whaley, Rachel K, 30-year-old female, Peoria; arrested Jan.
29 on Interstate 55 in Logan County on Peoria County warrant for
failure to appear for driving an uninsured vehicle; vehicle
towed from the scene; bond $3,000, 10 percent.
