Lincoln Writers Club to meet Tuesday

[February 04, 2010]  The Lincoln Writers Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Alumni Room of the Lincoln College dining hall. (Update: Meeting postponed to Feb. 16.)

It was suggested that participants write a story that makes sense using all of the following words: heart, umbrella, light bulb, potato, a package with a bowl, a journal, boy's face, cup, flower, tree, house, ring, carrot, letter and ice cream cone.

Also, participants may wish to send an article to Capper's in response to their suggestion to write about your favorite thing to do in the summer or what you like best about summer.

Anyone interested in writing is welcome to attend. For further information, call 732-2723.
