Springfield; arrested Feb. 3 at the Logan County Safety Complex
on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, Feb. 4:
- Soeder, Michael G., 34-year-old male, Maroa; arrested Feb. 3
on Illinois 54 on two charges -- possession of cannabis between
2.3 and 10 grams and driving with license suspended. Vehicle
towed.
