Snow accumulations will range from 2 to 4 inches by Friday evening, with the heaviest amounts north of I-70 to along I-72.

Expect lesser amounts in southeast Illinois south of I-70, especially along Route 50 from Flora to Lawrenceville, where there will be a mixture of rain and snow for a time on Friday.
