City Alderman Nathan Turner's seat was shrouded in black at last night's workshop. The young alderman died unexpectedly on Sunday. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Neighbors to Nations Community Church in Lincoln.

Flags at Lincoln City Hall, the Logan County Courthouse and local government buildings will be at half-staff through Saturday at 2 p.m. to honor the memory of Alderman Nathan Turner.
