[March 19, 2010]  ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- The TLC network has reached a settlement with reality TV star Jon Gosselin over a breach of contract lawsuit.

The network sued Gosselin in Montgomery County, Md., Circuit Court in October. Gosselin also filed a countersuit, claiming TLC violated Pennsylvania's child labor laws in filming "Jon & Kate Plus 8" about the Pennsylvania family with eight children.

InsuranceThe network says that all terms of the settlement are confidential and the whole Gosselin family remains under contract.

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin's attorney, says the settlement was filed Wednesday and Gosselin did not appear in court.

Heller did not disclose details, but said all litigation has ended and he hopes "this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."
