Jackson said he was driving a vehicle owned by the U.S. Postal
Service, exited an alley and was headed southbound on Union near
Ninth Street.
Dengler said he stopped at Ninth Street, then proceeded into the
intersection. He did not see Jackson and hit the vehicle in the rear
quarter.

Dhillon said he was pulling his tractor-trailer rig into the
parking lot at Thorntons near Interstate 55. He had to reverse the
rig to maneuver into a parking lot. While backing up, he hit the
front end of a parked vehicle owned by Burns.

County Safety Complex on Class A charge of retail theft.

N., 21-year-old female, Atlanta; arrested Feb. 20 in the 600

influence. Vehicle towed.

Short Tenth on Class A charge of driving with a license

and South Sangamon in Lincoln on Class A charge of driving with
a license suspended. Bond set at $1,000, 10 percent. Vehicle

33-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Feb. 21 in the 1100 block of
State Street on two warrants for failure to appear on charges of
driving under the influence. Bonds $3,000 and $5,000, 10
percent.

55-year-old male, Natrona; arrested Feb. 21 at Route 10 and Page
Street in New Holland on Class A charge of driving under the
influence. Bond set at $3,000, 10 percent. Vehicle towed.

Lincoln; arrested Feb. 21 on Bryan Avenue in Lincoln on two
Logan County warrants for failure to appear -- one related to
charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and the
other related to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond $4,000 plus $7,500, 10 percent.
