- Arnold, David L., 58-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Feb.
22 on Route 121 at 1750th Avenue on Class A charge of driving
with a license suspended. Bond set at $1,000, 10 percent.

Tuesday, Feb. 23
- Merriman, Melissa A., 42-year-old female, Middletown;
arrested Feb. 22 in the 100 block of South Grove in Middletown
on Class A charge of domestic battery. Ordered to have no
contact with Jessica D. Eairheart.
