NOTICE OF GRACE PERIOD
REGISTRATION AND VOTING FOR
THE GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION
TUESDAY, FEB. 2, 2010

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Illinois Election Code, a grace period for voter registration will be from Wednesday, Jan. 6, through Tuesday, Jan. 26, during which time individuals may register to vote, change their voting address and vote.

Registration and voting will be conducted in the Office of the County Clerk, 601 Broadway St., Lincoln. Individuals registered during the grace period may vote only at the time of registration in the Office of the County Clerk and are not eligible to cast a vote at their polling place on Election Day.

The Office of the County Clerk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
