- Austin, Robert N., 33-year-old male, San Jose; arrested Jan.
15 at Route 10, New Holland; Class A -- no valid driver’s
license; Class A -- possession of drug paraphernalia; Class A
warrant arrest -- failure to appear; bonds $3,000, $1,000,
$1,000, 10 percent each. Vehicle was towed.

presumed innocent until charges are proven in a court of law.
