Logan County blood drives in February

[January 26, 2010]  Central Illinois Community Blood Center says "Happy Valentine's Day!" and asks the public to donate blood, giving local patients what's in your heart. CICBC has scheduled the following blood drives in Logan County in February:

  • Monday, Feb. 1, noon-6 p.m., at Lincoln Masonic Center, 2022 N. Kickapoo

  • Saturday, Feb. 6, 9 a.m.-noon, at Mount Pulaski American Legion, 100 E. Scroggin, Mount Pulaski

  • Tuesday, Feb. 16, 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., at Lincoln Community High School, 1000 Primm Road (Please make an appointment.)

Central Illinois Community Blood Center is the blood provider to area patients of 19 counties at 19 central and southwestern Illinois hospitals. CICBC is the only provider of blood to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Hopedale Medical Complex, Memorial Medical Center and St. John's Hospital. The public is asked to join in these lifesaving events.
