To the editor: I'm asking our Logan County Citizens to vote for Vicki Dugan for county treasurer. She worked at ME Realty for several years. She is a very honest, sincere person and has good common sense. She will not be holding to any special interest group or politician. She has big shoes to fill; Mary Ellen was very dedicated and worked hard as our county treasurer. I'm sure Vicki will be very capable of filling Mary's shoes.
