As the Lincoln Park District
kicked off their weekend of Fourth of July events, the annual water
fight with the Lincoln Fire Department came immediately
after the Old-Fashioned Children's Parade. This year Lincoln's new police chief,
Ken Greenslate, got involved, and we are sorry to report, but the new
chief is "all wet."
