The Energy Department's Energy Information Administration reports its weekly supply data later Thursday. In other Nymex trading in August contracts, heating oil rose 1.44 cents to $1.9931 a gallon, gasoline gained 1.51 cents to $2.0404 a gallon and natural gas jumped 4.7 cents to $4.612 per 1,000 cubic feet. Brent crude was up 61 cents to $74.12 a barrel on the ICE futures exchange.
